Recipe: White Wine & Garlic Mussels and Clams with Linguini and Tomatoes
In a large pot, bring 3 quarts of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt.
Add linguini to water, stir occasionally. Boil for 8 minutes or until al dente.
Rinse Blue Gold mussels and clams in colander.
Set saute pan over medium-high heat; add 4 ounces of Cindy's Kitchen White Wine & Garlic Steamer Sauce and 1/2 pound of Blue Gold mussels and 1/2 pound of clams.
Steam shellfish for 3-5 minutes or until they open. Discard any shellfish that does not open.
Add chopped tomatoes to saute pan for final minute.
Drain linguini and place in a large bowl. Top with mussels, clams, chopped scallions and tomatoes.
